The HealthCheck Provider Education System

This Web site presents the HealthCheck Provider Education System for use by DC health professionals as a:

A Pediatric Preventive Care/EPSDT Curriculum (See the navigation bar at the left)
- The curriculum is divided into 4 Sections (Overview, Health Supervision, Special Health Issues, and Documentation).
- Each Section contains an introduction and several descriptive learning Modules .
Supporting EPSDT and Child Health Resources (See the navigation bar above)
- These resources include access to materials specifically related to HealthCheck/EPSDT and to other informational sources including AAP and CDC.
- Users are also given the opportunity to provide feedback about the site through the Guestbook and FAQs.
HealthCheck Program Information (in the At-a-Glance box on the left navigation bar)
- Access to the Standard Medical Record Forms (SMRFs), HealthCheck manual, and periodicity schedule are available.
- Important administrative and explanatory information is presented within many sections and modules of the curriculum.

- SMRF Training (30 minutes)
- Top 10 Tips for Completing SMRFs (15 minutes)
