- The HealthCheck Periodicity Schedule developed by the Department of Health Care Finance. The manual was developed in collaboration with many organizations and agencies. The content of this manual is based on the information available at time of publication and will be reviewed and updated periodically.
- Bright Futures content and philosophy.
- Medicaid and EPSDT information from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. This resource contains information on the EPSDT benefit including periodicity schedule, components of an EPSDT visit, state reporting requirements, and national CMS Form-416 data.
